The internship report should comprise:
name
kind of internship (first or second)
internship institution
duration of the internship
person in charge of the student at the internship institution
internship program or task
structure and function of the institution
departments/fields of work that were introduced (including the period of time the student worked there)
working methods and equipment used in the departments/fields of work
work carried out by the student
problems noticed/unanswered questions
evaluation of the internship
date, signature
The internship report should be 5 to 10 DIN-A4 pages long.
